Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days across India. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is available for ₹149 extra. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

Yes! We ship to 20+ countries including the US, UK, UAE, Singapore, Australia, Canada, and more. International shipping takes 7-14 business days. Customs duties may apply based on your country's regulations. We mark all international orders as gifts to minimize customs.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags intact. Simply email returns@theroreclub.in with your order number and reason. We'll arrange a pickup (where available) or provide our return address. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the item.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email within 24 hours. You can also WhatsApp us at +91 9876543210 with your order number for real-time updates. Orders are dispatched Mon-Sat, excluding public holidays.

We offer XS through 4XL across all styles. Our pieces are designed with an oversized fit in mind — we recommend your regular size for the intended boxy silhouette, or size down for a more fitted look. Refer to the size guide in each product description.

Machine wash cold (30°C) inside out. Do not use bleach. Air dry flat — avoid tumble drying as heat can damage the fabric. Do not iron directly on the print. Following these care instructions will keep your tee looking vibrant for years.

Absolutely! Head to our 'Customize Your Tee' page to upload your own artwork, choose your tee color, add custom text, and select your size. We'll print it on our premium 300 GSM cotton using DTG printing. Note: custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a printing defect.

All our tees are crafted from 300 GSM premium ring-spun cotton. This gives them a satisfying heavyweight feel while remaining breathable and comfortable for all-day wear. The fabric is pre-shrunk to maintain size after multiple washes.

Yes! For orders of 10+ pieces, we offer special pricing and full customization. Email us at bulk@theroreclub.in or WhatsApp us for a custom quote. Lead time for bulk orders is 10-15 business days depending on quantity and customization complexity.

Yes, free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Email exchange@theroreclub.in with your order number and preferred size. Subject to stock availability. Custom printed tees cannot be exchanged as they are made specifically for you.

Yes. We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing technology, which bonds ink directly into the fabric fibers rather than sitting on top. When cared for correctly (cold wash, inside out, air dry), the print will remain vibrant wash after wash for years.
